Magazine Derecho y Salud - Publications rules for Studies and Communications

(Updated: october 2015)

  1. Those papers submitted for publication must be originals and unpublished and not pending publication in any other review.
  2. STUDIES, for dealing in depht any Health Law issues, must have a length between 20 and 80 pages.
  3. COMMUNICATIONS, for notes, chronics or brief conclusions on Health Law issues, must be no longer than 15 pages.
  4. STUDIES and COMMUNICATIONS will be sent by e-mail to mdgonzalezg@sescam.jccm.es and dlarios@jccm.es in Word files.
  5. The originals must be written in single spacing, time new roman font, size 12 for main text and 10 for footnotes page.
  6. The first page must include, in this order:
    1. Title
    2. Name/s of author/s
    3. Profession or academic title of athor/es and work center or institution
    4. Index
    5. Sumary (ABSTRACT) in English and Spanish (length between 20-30 words) and 3-5 keywords in both languages.
    6. Information about the autor/s: address, e-mail, telephone number.
    7. Work completion date
  7. At the end of the work shall be included bibliogaphic references
  8. Footnotes page must comply the following format:
    1. Books: LAÍN ENTRALGO, Pedro: La relación médico-enfermo, Alianza Editorial, Madrid 1983, p36 [o pp. 36-39].

  9. Originals will be anonymously evaluated by external reviewers, subject matter experts, who will report on suitability for publication and, if necessary, to make changes in the text. Additionally, a peer review to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation will be conducted.
